My second upload to thingiverse - a Playing Card Box that I printed as a christmas gift for my dad (an avid Bridge player)
A friend bought some playing cards with extra large symbols for a grand parent, but the cards came without a box. I volunteered to design and print a box for the cards. It turned out so beautiful that I decided to print a couple more to give to my parents as well :D
I wanted a snug fit to the cards so I just added a millimeter or two on the inside to the box. I went for an even tighter fit between the box with the actual lid so I designed it without any spacing what so ever. This means that you probably need 2-3 minutes of sanding on the surface that connects with the lid depending on how well calibrated your printer is. I prefer it this way since you can decide yourself how tight of a fit you want.
To make sure it could be opened easily I put a spacing of a couple of mm between the lid and the box so that your fingers has something to grab a hold of when
