I wanted to make some storage boxes for playing cards, and saw SpoonUnit's design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3616094). I ended up starting from scratch to make a much simpler box. I fits the full UNO, DOS, or phase 10 decks easily. skip-bo has more cards so I upscaled the z direction to 120% for it to fit nicely.
I liked how SpoonUnit make the UNO logo, and ended up making them for UNO, DOS, Phase 10, and skip-bo.
For the logos, scale the Z direction to be a multiple of your layer height. For example, I used 0.2mm, so I scaled it to be 3.2mm in the Z direction (16 layers). For a four color (level) print, this would be 4 layers per color. I used Cura to add a filament change at layers 5, 9, and 13. Logos should be printed at 100% infill. The white lines on the UNO and DOS ended up being to thin, and doesn't show up well. I was very happy with the skip-bo logo though (I printed it blue, red, blue, then white).
Update (18Jan2021):
I added a version of the card
