Playing Card - Template

Simple setup: .16mm Layer Height to get .32mm card thickness, or 2 layers. Traditional face cards are about .2mm thick, but the 2 layers feel solid enough to handle shuffling and bending. The PLA I used can be a bit transparent, so keep that in mind. Also, to avoid premature warping, I left my cards to cool on the Baseplate. I pulled one off right away and it kept a noticeable curve afterwards. There's no design on the top, this is just a template - but the first layer can be modified with a Bottom Surface Pattern (I liked Octagram Spiral). I used the Texture plate, but it may show up better on the smooth plate. My intention with this is to use my 50w fiber laser to mark the designs on top, I just wanted material to work with. Each card takes about 6 minutes after prep time.
