Plow Roller with Bearing

This design was for the pulley wheel on my ATV snowplow so the winch rope could easily roll and lift or lower the plow blade. The manufacturer pulley wheel was much smaller and the winch rope frequently came off. This is a simple design so please feel free to remix it, resize it, etc. The dimensions are as follows: 50mm wide X 19mm thick with a 5mm channel and 10.5mm center hole. The design was updated to include the option of adding two bearings (30mm x 9mm with a 10mm center hole). The bearings were purchased on Amazon. This will allow for a smooth roll and likely heavier weight. Again, feel free to remix/edit/change. If you do not want the pulley wheel to have bearings, I will post another creation to remove the bearing cut-outs. The design was printed on a Bambu Lab P1S with PETG at 75% infill, using the Bambu Studio slicer. The pulley wheel is plenty strong and has not had any failures. I don't recommend PLA for this part if it will be outside and in snow. PETG/ABS/ASA recomme
