This plug fits a 30mm drilled hole

If cup is filled to the brim with water, only tiny drops may pass through
My reason for creating this plug was after drilling a hole in a plastic 3 persons boat to drain it from water. This is a double layer construction boat, meaning that this hole allows pressure-differences to level out and prevents it from going ocean gate when placed in cold water.
