PMC HighFang

This is my riff on the AYF HighFang, which is a great cooling solution, but I wasnt super satisfied with how it mounted, and how far away the bltouch sensor was. This is also specifically designed to be used on the microswiss direct drive, but will likely work on a stock ender 3. It will look a little funky though.

The holes for mounting the heatsink cooler bracket to the printer are m3, and you can use m3x6mm, or whatever came on the printer. The holes for mounting the part cooler to the heatsink cooler bracket are m2.5 and you should use 8mm long ones. bltouch should be mounted last.
