Pneumatic PC4-10 Mount (PTFE)

This is a 3D printable 12mm mount for a pneumatic PC4-10 connector. The mount secures to a thin panel's 12mm hole via a 3D printable nut. The PC4-10 can accept a 4mm PTFE tube.

The PC4-10 connector is a common pneumatic part and can be sourced from multiple sources.

These 3D printed nuts and bolts should only be finger tightened. Care! Over tightening of the nut will sheer the screw from its head.

Here is my 3D design. My design may match your needs, too.

My print is made in 1.75mm eSUN PLA+ Black filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill on a Bambu X1 Carbon printer. Optionally set Wall Loops = 4. No print supports, rafts nor brims required.
