Pocket Operator Case SLS version

I'm releasing the "shapeways version" of the Pocket Operator case, optimized for SLS printing. Thinner parts with tighter tolerances.

The case has been printed by shapeways a fair number of times with good feedback. There was one instance where the "closed back" was reported to not fit with the front shell - I could not verify this, the tolerances in the 3d model seem fine. Consider this when ordering it at a printing service.
