Remix of Pocket tool holder from "Halligood"

Quote from him "Designed to hold tools pens, pencils, sharpies, flashlight and scale in place of my pocket protector (yes, I'm a nerd) which everything would fall out of when I bent over to pick something up."

Then I resized and added a phone holder. I have been using Version 1 since his upload, now V2 has better curves and holes for clean-out.
