Pocket Sling Shot

Based on a product that I found on Vat19.

This uses a balloon instead of the custom molded latex that comes with the original.

If there is enough interest I may make a V2 where the ring is shorter, and has a cap so that you can store your ammo inside the slingshot (like the real slingshot has).
