I created a practical pocket wallet.
In V05, which is a mod from 25.05.2020, following optimizations were made:
- upper and lower edges are rounded up
- the cut-out is bigger for easier grabbing credit cards
- it is optimized to get the bottom off much easier
- the movable part was optimized for more durability
- works now also fine with PETG
- no supports are required anymore.
(It was tested with the materials PLA, PETG and also with Polyflex).
After printing (and removing the support material) you should push the movable part away from the Bottom, because it will may stick a little. Take a scredriver and push it trough the holes in the Bottom of the part. Beginn with the farthermost hole from the slider.
Important print Settings:
-support structures only to the printing bed (only for old version required)
