We are sharing 3 elements towards a successful pogo pin jig.
1. A needle pogo pin
2. A pogo pin tolerance
3. A rim for pogo insertion clearance

How to use this model:
A. Place the pogo pin model and the tolerance in your design
B. Align them concentrically and flushed to the bottom of the pogo pin.
C. Make a pogo support volume, positioned right below the head of the pogo pin
D. Place 2 rims on both sides of the pogo support
E. Use the rim and pogo pin tolerance to carve out the pogo support volume

There, you just made a holder to place a pogo pin.

We included the rims in the design because sometimes, the printer can smear on the pogo pin entry points. When that happens, the smear obstructs insertion. The rims are needed on both sides of the pogo support, providing a smooth ent
