For the main body use the color change at layer function:
- white 0 to 59 mm
- black (shiny) 59.2 mm to 67.2 mm
- red (shiny, silk/metal) 67.4 mm to the top
Use the same white filament to print two "buttons" and the same shiny black filament for two "rings".
No matter the filament material this will be difficult to make watertight and also to clean in between uses. For that reason a liner part is provided. Print it in PETG in spiral vase mode with a wide extrusion width (2 times or more the nozzle diameter). While likely still not watertight, this liner will be a lot easier to seal using a wood-deck urethane treatment. A clear/transparent PETG will make it look like trippy glass. The liner fits with a comfortable clearance to the neck of the vase, no need to glue it in because it's designed to be removable for easy cleaning and refilling.
