The standard casino chip is 3,9mm which i bases this design on. It can be printed in two colors with the AMS. I tested it with the PLA from Esun PLA or BambuLab PLA basic both work great. Model weight is just 3.80 grams if you want heavier you can put the infill to 80% which will increase it to 5 grams.
