This is a picture frame that fits Polaroid 600 and I-type film. No supports are needed if you print it with the base of the picture frame flat on the print bed. You might want to use a brim when printing if you have trouble with bed adhesion.
Update: Added a version with the top portion of the frame. You will probably want to use supports unless your printer is good at bridging.
