Polisher (mostly printable)

Additional material for this thing:
-Bearing: 6001 (D28, d12, h8)
-Glas: IKEA KORKEN 1L with sealing
-Motor: Modelcraft RB350600-0A101R 12 V 1:100 (updated to 1:50)
-Toggle switch: TRU COMPONENTS TC-R13-404AL2 (or similar)
-Fuse holder: TRU COMPONENTS TC-Mini FK1 (or similar)
-Superglue for glueing the parts to the glas.

I use siliciumcarbide F60 and F120 for polishing my parts.

You need to print the following ammount of parts:
1x Grundplatte PLA
1x Elektroabdeckug PLA
1x Motorhalter PLA
4x Mitnehmer PLA or PETG
1x Welle PETG
2x Stützrad PLA or PETG
1x Lagerhalter Deckel
1x Glaszahnrad PETG
1x Zahnrad treibend PETG


Feel free to optimise and improve parts.



UPDATE:

New Part: Elektroabdeckung V2 for more space under the cover to connect and hide a fuse (2A) under it.
I also bought a new motor, it has now a gear ratio 1:50. The Glas turns with a about 25 rpm.
