Welcome to the pollinator palace! This is a modular hexagonal system to make a custom habitat for pollinators in your garden. It includes: 60mm interior diameter hexagonal chambers in three heights (40mm, 60mm, 80mm)Two lids for bee protection and to help keep loose fillings like straw from falling outButterfly house styleHexagonal patternA bee-tube style insert. Note that this type of insert seems to work well when printed with quality wood filament, but it's better to line the tubes with paper or to get bee habitat tubes and use those if possible.Brackets to interconnect the hexagons however you likeA hanger attachment to hang on a vertical surfaceFor outdoor use I'm using PETG for everything but the bee insert, which I printed with PLA wood. This is a support-free model, but the brims on the brackets are highly recommended unless you're using a supertack plate or similar to ensure adhesion. I hope you, and your garden friends, enjoy!
