For those Poly-V belts on cars that are set up without tensioning pulleys. Looks roughly like various designs made out of alloy, beats trying to do it with a screwdriver.
Scale in the X-axis to get close to the radius of your pulley, pop the stretcher under the belt (and on top of the pulley) and carefully rotate the engine to slip the belt on.
The height of this object relates to a 5-groove poly-V belt - it is twice the size of the 17mm belt.
(And a curse upon the engineer who thought it was a good idea to have a belt with no tensioner!)
