Pom holder - round

I was messaged by a Thingiverse user for a round version of the pom-pom holder I shared. I haven't printed this personally, so for the print settings, figure it out? If printed at its original scale it sould be 24.5mm x 1.75mm thick as it is based on the size of a quarter coin.
