Pompfen Length Checker

Edit: added M6 versions for better available M6 screws and hammerhead nuts


This is the first version of a tool for checking pompfen lengths. It is used to measure the total lengths as well as the minimum and maximum lengths of padding areas.
The tool is intended for the 4 types of pompfen - Q-tip, staff, long pompfe and short pompfe.

For assembly are needed:
- 30 x 30 mm aluminum profile with 8 mm thread in the ends
- a heavy base plate
- 2 M8x? to fix the bottom plate and Q-Tip Max termination
- 8 M4.5x? wood screws to fix the frame to the bottom plate and the
- 4 rubber feet
- 18 M4 hammerhead nuts + 18 M4x 8or10 screws


Assembly:
Attach the feet to the base plate and drill an 8 mm hole in the center of the base plate. Position the frame around the hole on the base plate and tighten (pre-drill if necessary). Place the aluminum profile in the frame and fasten it through the base plate (incl. washer). Attach Q-Tip max to the upper end. Attach the small stopper marki
