Pool Cover Clamp

I developed this pool clamp for stress-free fastening of the cover film. They are easy to fit. The diameters of the steel rods with and without inner panelling are 44mm to 45mm. The clamps can also be used on the connecting elements with 49.5mm.I prefer PETG as material and it is important that the filling "Gyroid" is chosen, which can better withstand the mechanical stresses. It is best to choose transparent or simply white material to absorb less solar energy. But other material colours, such as black, didn't cause any problems for me at first. However, I would advise against using it at high temperatures.Overload protection has been integrated to protect against mechanical destruction. I have prepared 3 sizes (43, 44, 45mm).44mm is a good starting point. For information: our application is a Bestway Power Steel pool.
