Pool Cover Clip

This is a basic pool cover clip; these are used to clamp down a pool cover to the rim of a swimming pool during, for example, winter. I like to print these clips in ABS for strength and durability and then brush a quick coat of acetone on the outside, to keep the layers nice and tight.

NOTE: In terms of orientation on the print bed, it works well to have the model on end, so it just prints straight up into the air with no support, which leaves very little clean-up work to be done!
