Pool Noodle Hanger

My wife saw a "pool noodle jungle" that someone had made and sent me a photo asking me to build something similar for the Vacation Bible School toddler class. The frame is PVC which breaks down.
In the original photo she sent they had tied the noodles directly to the frame, but I thought for safety it needed a break-away attachment. So that's what this is for. Tie it to whatever frame you're using (I use 550 cord) and thread the cord through the hole. The noodle is held tightly enough to not come off in normal use, but will detach with enough pull.
Although the target audience is 1-3, I've tested it with a 4,6, and 8 year old and they held fine. Enjoy
