Pop Box Card

There are plenty of people out there that LOVE the pop box love notes that have been seen on Instagram and Facebook.
I wanted to make 50 for a wedding but didnt want to cut out 100 halves to make 1 single cube.

So i took it upon myself to make a DXF i can use in my laser to cut out the shape and score the folds so that they have PERFECT crisp folds.

i used a 100w laser and i set the cut to 95%power and 200mm/s
and the score lines are at 20% power and 400mm/s

this worked beautifully. !!

i cut 50 boxes in 10 mins rather than 50 hrs :)
