A clip to hold pop-up sprinkler risers in up position for maintenance. I designed for Hunter brand, but they should work for any pop-up with a 20 mm riser.
I printed mine with 30% infill in Red PLA, and they were nice and tight but can be removed by hand. The clip is designed with an angled profile so that it will slip on easily but will firmly hold the riser. I turn on my sprinklers and attach the riser clips with the arrow shaped handle pointing in the direction of the flow so that I can realign the sprinkler head once I replace them after maintenance (usually annual cleaning of the debris screens). I print enough so that I have one for every riser in a zone and attach them all and then turn off the water flow to keep dry when doing my maintenance. I printed mine in red so that they stand out in the Saint Augustine grass we have in our lawn. Once I have maintained a head, I remove the clip and let the riser and head retract so that I know it is complete. After all sprinkler head
