Popup Gazebo Hinge

I designed this to replace the existing hinge that my 2.4m x 2.4m Gazebo has.It got left up in high winds and broke, several hinges were all broken.I designed and made this and fully tested on my Gazebo which I brought from Argos. Works perfectly! This current version is fully threaded to replicate the original.You will need 2x M5 Bolts (DIN 965) at 20mm.I have also made a version where you can use a nut - as it will add more stability and less risk of the screws being pulled out the thread.
