I wanted a grill to prevent small animals getting into the outlet hot air pipe of my portable air conditioner (GMC P07), so I modeled and printed this out. It screws on to the flexible warm air outlet pipe and allows decent airflow.

I printed this in PLA at .28 layer height.

Works fine, but maybe restricts the airflow slightly.
