Portable Desk

The design I have chosen to make is a portable desk for children aged 4-8. This design is a desk meant for children that have a hard time sitting still at a desk, with this product you can take the desk with you wherever you go or choose to sit. During the process, I faced the issue of designing a product that would appeal to the eye of younger children while they are learning. If I could redesign this product I would add leg grooves for the desk to have more comfort for placing on your lap. 3D printing would strengthen the design by making it easier to manufacture.
