I have mostly optimized this instructables:

https://www.instructables.com/id/GamePi-Zero-the-Favorable-Emulation-Station/

to create this awesome raspberry Pi Zero portable game console!

It is easy to print and easy to assemble but you will need some technical skills for sure.
I have used some common 2.5mm screws - but lot of them you will need make them shorter
or use very small ones as 5 - 7mm long.

But you can use double sided tape or hot glue instead of any screws(button screws are still recomended).

You can find labels for all boards there so it is easy to find where all boards needs to be placed.

When you switch it OFF you can still use it as standard powerbank!

Fusion360 files included of course if you want to modify it:)
