... here we have a simple potato press that can be used to squeeze pre-cooked potatoes into mashed potatoes. I think - this is something typical German! We see here - that in the long series of investigations to determine the facts of different designs of commercially available meat grinders - we come to a problem point: a meat grinder cuts - contrary to conventional opinion - at least mostly not here - the meat grinder is a squeezer, it just squeezes - like this potato squeezer! we need a universal cutting device, like before: it had on the screw conveyors, which are longer, cutting outside and cutting insertable in the housing to replace: only then cuts - meat grinder again. we need it to cut, grind - as before, flour, oilseed - and cut it into small pieces of any material without exposure to heat, without damaging the clippings! this is for information only: my projects are always an analysis of existing technology and an improvement or even new design to efficiently and correctly project the required devices! anyone who knows me knows that! step, igs, stl
