Couldn't find any existing designs of a 3D printed H-shifter that used two potentiometers rather than a tedious 6+ switches so I drew this up and printed it. Parts needed are a Arduino Leonardo or Arduino Micro Pro, two 10K or 20K potentiometers, and some M3 size screws. Can't guarantee whichever potentiometers you use will fit correctly, but will upload CAD files so you can modify them. Code to make this work is based off of the code from AMStudio used to convert logitech shifters to standalone USB as seen here: https://amstudioprojects.com/shifters/ You just need to edit the X,Y AnalogRead threshold values in lines 17-20 for where your desired shift points are. You can easily figure these out with a simple sketch that produces AnalogRead values to serial monitor.

Base of the shifter clamps to a table using the metal clamp pulled from one of these popular Ikea desk lamps: https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/tertial-work-lamp-dark-gray-20355434/

This shifter works surprisingly well and
