Pouch Piercer

I have made this to help one handed disabled person in their day to day life. They dont have comfort and support of their other hand so they can't cut a pouch or something using scissors. I have seen one of my close relative, struggling, even for a small thing of cutting a milk pouch everyday. So I made this. Now I don't have a 3d printer to test. But hope I would help someone.
