Powder check sleeve. Print upside down as it is in the file and I recommend ironing the top surface. The hole is sized for threading with a 10-24 tap to match the threaded rods on the powder check probes. The threads need to be complete through the small diameter section.
Leave scale at 100%, any change will affect the tolerances and it won't function.
No supports needed, print directly to the bed.
