Power strip mount parameterized

This is a remix of the original that fixes 2 bugs, one is the correct use of the hole diameter, this parameter did not work in the original. I also added an offset to the corner of the wing, I dont really know how to get it to attach to the wing so I added an offset, so you can manually adjust where the rounded corner would go with the offset.
