This is a plastic cover for the end of a power supply that has a fitted hole in it for a switched power cord with fuse with on/off switch. Also there is an opening for the power leads. The dimensions of the end of the power supply is 2" x 2.7". It is for a 24 volt 4.5 amp power supply by Cosel.
