This is a somewhat complex replacement cap. Power2max Type S is a bike power meter (that measures the power you give while pedal). The cap is fixed with two screws, and mimics the shape of the powermeter.

My cap was very worn and the screw holders break away (maybe the previous owner din't know that the cap was screwed, not pressure fitted). I have a original cap, but I try to replicate the original for 3d printing. Here it is.

I measure it with a digital caliper from the original.

The nuts are reused from the old cap. Just press fit it inside the holes.

Also I print two caps for the screw holes in the other side (to prevent water come inside).

Print as shown, with supports.

The cap is also reinforced with fillets, and new width for the cap, to get it sturdy.

As note, the cap fits at first try.
