Powermatic Model 66 Table Saw Insert

This Powermatic #66 Table Saw Insert uses either a 3D printed replaceable strip or one made of wood.
I have supplied a full size insert for those with a large format printer, and a split version for the rest of us with smaller printers.
I printed mine on a Prusa MK3S by splitting it in half and using crazy glue to put the 2 parts together.
I experimented with the Prusa Slicer Split Tool with plugs but eventually found it easier to glue together using 2 parts with a simple V cut.
If you prefer to use the full size one with the Cut too in your slicer that will work fine as well.
Years ago I had machined an insert for my Powermatic 66 out of aluminum on a Bridgeport milling machine. A photo is supplied.
I made the replaceable inserts for it out of maple or poplar on the saw itself. A very quick and simple job.
I made a bunch of those for different size blades.
