I came across a very nice PCB design that holds 5 pairs of powerpole connectors in circuit with 5 automotive blade fuses.Unfortunately, the custom acrylic case is no longer available for it. I did locate PDF drawings for the case parts and set out to recreate them for 3D printing. I am satisfied with how my attempt turned out and freely share it here.

Assemble the 'sandwich' of bottom, PCB, and then case top with M3 x 20 screws.
I found enough give in the PLA to get away without using nuts to fasten it securely.
If you do use nuts, you will probably need longer screws - M3 x 24?
