Hi Guys,
I'm using a PowerSpec ultra with Dual Flexion Extruders, when I made this switch I heated up the fan shroud and flexed it to drop the ends down a few more mm for better alignment to the nozzles with the new setup. This may not be an issue for anyone else but just in case I figured I would share it.
I would like to thank DrLex for the great design and make sure all credit for this model goes to him.
My changes the fan tips now sit 5mm lower than previously and I added a 2nd tab that fits in the first notch on the carriage to give a little more stability, in my experience the original design wobbled a bit but could have been a result of my printer settings. This does create a 90* overhang so I recommend support in just this spot.
** Edit 11/26/2017 - I found that I extended it too far and the duct was actually contacting my prints so I shortened it a bit, I believe this now sits 2mm lower than DrLex's original which was optimized for a 10mm "nozzle depth" making this v
