Adapter to fit the gel wheels pictured onto a common gearbox/motor combo found in children's ride on toys.
Rough up the paint on the wheel hub with sand paper or scraper and apply super glue to inside of hub adapter. hammer into place with rubber mallet or soft faced hammer.
