This is a mount for the Boscoyo PPD Geo Wreath. Insert 1/2 sch 40 PVC and use 1/4 thumb screws to hold it in place.
In the picture the top shows at the bottom and the bottom shows at the top - i fixed this in the STL's that I uploaded
