This is a reworked version of a design I found online.
There are four pegs to secure an acetate sheet.
There seem to be a few designs out there which have strange spacing for the pegs; 65 mm spacing for the front two, but 80 mm spacing between the front and rear pegs.
In the UK a standard four-hole office punch puts in four holes, all at 80 mm spacing, so I moved the front two pegs apart to 80 mm, and moved the side pegs back to maintain the spacing.
I also reduced the extravagant curl on the end of the side pieces.
If you cannot get acetate sheets, an A4 transparent sheet (like you find on a bound document) is fine. Failing that, an empty A4 laminate pouch will do.
The curve on the headband keeps the sheet in shape, there is no need for a lower curved piece which some designs include.
We are using them now in my hospital, feel free to copy and distribute
