How this all happend,
In our home we have a small wooden robot witch is called a "Rijkswachter" wich we've obtained from here.
I felt that the robot was a littlebit lonely and I decided to get him a friend.
So I got my capiler and took measurements from the origional robot to try to make an exact copy. That's how the P(lastic)R(ijks) Wachter is originated.
I'm really happy with the end result and even the origional robot looks more happy together with his friend.
De PR Wachter was completely designed using FreeCad 0.18
The notches are designed to be 1mm shorter and have a diameter that is 0.1mm smaller than the correspondig holes. My experience is that I stil have to sand the notches a little bit to make them fit propery.
Everything can be printed as shown exept for te head. I thing the head is best printed with the back layed down to get the best result.
Enjoy :)
