Yes, I used calipers on a candy bar.
The perfect gag. Carefully open a kitkat wrapper and remove the candy bar, then put in the fake. Use a lighter to seal it off. (Be careful!)
Print with 10% infill for it to be the same weight as a real one if using PLA.
