Precision Sanding Block

This is a print-in-place precision sanding block. It takes 1/8th of a standard sheet of paper, see the image for how to divide the sheet, and the GIF for how to insert the paper. The design is such that the clamping action also tensions the paper across the bottom of the sanding block, preventing any bubbles or slippage. The two threaded holes along the side allow a guard to be added so that precision work can be achieved. Included are files for sanding 45deg chamfersThis design works best if printed in a plastic with some temperature resistance - I print mine in ABS on a K1C.
