Precision Screwdriver Box

I designed this box in Solidworks to hold my 7 pc. set of Wera Screwdrivers (Wera# 05345271001). Xcelite Screwdrivers and likely many others also fit.

I drilled out the hinge holes in the base with a #51 drill bit (.067"). I used a #54 Drill bit (.055") on the cover hinges. I inserted 1/16" x .750" dowel pins in the base and then used another pin to tap them into the cover.

You'll need (2) 1/16 x .750 Dowel pins and another pin or pins to tap them in.
