Micron Precision Winding Machine with dual cortex control boards. Mill or 3D printable. Back to back fully automated winding. Firmware will be uploaded to the http://www.xgentecblog.com later this week. This winding machine has full precision speed and step control, 99.9% precision accuracy and can be adapted to any transformer or coil wind setup. For this project you will have to connect maple mini boards to the Arduino programming interface. This can be a little bit tricky but customised files have been put together by Roger Clarke in Australia to make maple mini compatible with the Arduino interface. Thanks to Roger Clarke for his great work on this and for opening up STM32 M3 Cortex to many enthusiasts. Remember put 10k debounce resistors between GND and input pins. Feeder Board Pins 8,9,3 10k resistors to GND Winder Board Pin 11 10k resistors to GND Join all Microcontrollers and Stepper Driver units to same GND point.
