Description These printable bolt knobs let you turn standard hex-head bolts into comfortable hand-tightening knobs. They feature a press-fit pocket for the bolt head and a curled outer surface that gives extra grip and a nice tactile feel — great for quick adjustments without tools. Each size is available in two formats: Small – compact and low-profile Large / XL – bigger diameter for improved grip and higher hand torque Ideal for jigs, fixtures, 3D printer mods, workshop tooling, enclosures, and anywhere you want tool-free tightening. Fit & tolerance tips (press-fit) Press-fit depends on printer calibration and material: If the bolt head is too tight: reduce horizontal expansion slightly (or scale to 99–99.5%) If the fit is too loose: increase horizontal expansion (or scale to 100.5–101%) A rubber mallet or vice makes insertion easier and more consistent.
