Pressure Sprayer Pump Conversion Adapter

I have had a number of 5 litre pressure sprayers over the years and the hand pump has been the biggest point of failure for me. If you have an electric tyre pump (or air compressor), you may find this modification as useful as I have. Please Note! The pressure relief and non-return valves on the bottle and pump shaft must remain in place. What is Included in the Print ProfileThere are three plates:Adapter and NutOptional HandleOptional TPU flat washerParts Needed5 litre pressure sprayerTubeless Car Tyre Stem Valve (available from Auto Supply stores/online)ProcessPrint the adapter and nut in your choice of filament.Remove the hand pump from the sprayer Unscrew the outer shell of the pump, remove the o ring housing from the plunger and remove the o ring.Put the plunger and o ring adapter in a safe place so that the sprayer can be returned back to hand operation if needed. These two parts are not needed.Fit the stem valve into the adaptor as shown below (metal threaded version used here).
