Pressure Switch

Based on old pressure switch I designed this one. It is smaller, has less elements and it is easy to produce and assembly. Full process can go automatic. In first step bottom terminal, adjust connect and bottom body part are combined by rivet. Same time diaphragm and upper body is combined. Next step it to put connect/terminal on the assembled bottom part, close by upper and combine by eyelets. Last step is to add adjust screw and make testing and adjusting. Everything was designed in a way which ensure that switch will be tight. Used technology: - Main body (two parts) - by injection molding - Connect/terminal, Adjust connect, Terminal - stamping
